Our Liberty Civic Alliance was founded in the Rio Grande Valley to make civic participation easier to understand and use. We help people identify who has authority, understand how government works, and turn community concerns into informed action through voter tools, civic education, public advocacy, and policy work.

Roel
Garza-Morales
Founder & President
Roel Garza-Morales founded Our Liberty Civic Alliance after working in civic organizing, voter outreach, legislative public service, and community leadership. Through that work, he saw how often people care deeply about issues affecting their communities but are unsure where to turn, who has authority, or how to make their voices heard. He created Our Liberty Civic Alliance to make civic participation easier to understand and easier to use, helping people move from concern to action.
